    President and CEO of Dynamics Associates. Founded the firm in 1987 to help clients in the financial services industry find top-tier talent and provide candidates with challenging and rewarding opportunities.

  • Managing Director and Partner

    Brandon is Dynamics’ Senior Managing Partner, where he has built out the current firm for the last 15+ years. He is an expert in senior level recruitment with exclusive relationships at top tier buy and sell side institutions servicing a variety of finance and technology functions. He has 15+ years of people management experience, account and business development, and full desk recruiting skills which he utilizes daily. Brandon manages, trains, and develops all new hires and staff as well as runs the firm’s internal operations. Brandon is the most tenured member of the Dynamics Leadership team as he handles both internal and external growth and development.

    Charles is Partner at Dynamics leading expansion into the industries of media, entertainment, technology, commercial sectors and more. Charles brings over 20 years of business development, full cycle recruitment, and people management experience to Dynamics. He has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Business Development for contract to hire and permanent placement for accounting, finance, audit, and tax professionals. He specializes in coaching new staff and the build out of Dynamics’ non-FS division for accounting, finance, audit, and tax professionals ranging from staff through CFO.

    Kevin is a Managing Director who runs the firm’s data analytics and middle office finance recruitment platform and specializes in full-cycle recruitment for senior-level professionals at top-tier buy and sell-side institutions. He is a natural teacher to the new and existing staff, having a Master’s Degree in Education. In addition to the aforementioned, he handles the firm’s database management, and staff KPIs, and tracks internal reporting. Kevin has 7+ years of FS recruitment experience including assisting with the build-out of the current firm in all capacities.
