Join as an Operations Analyst specializing in cashiering. Support the Operations Team in refining operational processes, delivering exceptional efficiency for platform users. Your role includes reviewing transactions, improving cashiering procedures, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the cashiering operations.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process deposit and cashout transactions, and handle client inquiries through email, phone, and chat, ensuring top-quality service and resolution of issues.

Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics, and escalate complex issues as necessary.

Efficiently navigate systems to fulfill client requests, manage risk, and generate reports.

Contribute to department projects, identify process enhancements for improved customer experience, and develop and update operational procedures and policies.

Provide regular progress updates and discuss challenges with management, ensuring the secure handling of confidential information.

Collaborate effectively with the broader Operations team.

Series 7 & 63 (or 66) License Required

BA or BS Degree in a relevant field.

2-4 Years of specialized experience in Financial Services

Strong project management, communication, and team skills.

Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent worker.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
