Chief Financial Officer

Global Investment Management firm is looking for a Head of Fund Administration, CFO and Treasurer to join the New York Team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of around 10 professionals, overseeing tasks including annual performance evaluations, goal setting, continuous feedback, and training, encompassing financial statement comprehension, general ledger management, budgeting, and cash flow projection understanding.

• Provide oversight for X mutual funds and X private funds.

• Ensure the prompt completion of annual audits for mutual and private funds, serving as a liaison with external accounting firms.

• Manage diverse regulatory reporting obligations, including Form PF and Form PQR.

Qualification:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in accounting or finance

• CPA and experience in relevant public accounting

• Strong technical knowledge of mutual fund GAAP/financial reporting and mutual fund accounting
