Senior Associate, Compensation & Analytics
ROLE OVERVIEW
In the role of Senior Associate, Compensation & Analytics, the employee will be responsible for the following:
· Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)
· Partnering with the fund and general accounting teams on a variety of monthly accruals
· Partnering with the business development team to produce compensation related analytics and other deliverables as requested
· Partnering with business leads on compensation planning and requests
· Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts
· Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (enhanced reporting and workflows)
· Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations, compensation forecasting)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
· 5 - 10 years of public accounting experience, compensation experience or finance experience
· Variable incentive compensation experience preferred
· Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) tools preferred
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
