Director, Senior Manager

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Director / Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations of its U.S. client service teams while supporting business growth through participation in prospective client meetings. This role will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, associates, and managers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of client work. Additionally, the individual will work closely with senior leadership to drive client growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client service teams, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of client deliverables.

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, which include established fund managers with diverse investment strategies.

  • Develop and mentor a professional team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Support business development by participating in client pitches, marketing events, and networking efforts.

  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth integration into service teams.

  • Maintain compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal procedures, conducting quality control reviews of client work.

  • Facilitate communication across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring consistency in operations.

  • Negotiate fees and scope of services with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management experience within financial services, fund administration, or a related field.

  • Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to develop and maintain senior-level relationships.

  • Proven ability to grow and scale teams while maintaining high service standards.

  • Expertise in fund accounting and financial reporting, with knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
