Finance Lead

• A fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in consumer goods is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to oversee financial operations, provide strategic insights, and drive efficiency as the company scales.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the Chart of Accounts and month-end financial closing processes.

  • Prepare and present KPI reports, revenue summaries, product profitability analysis, and daily profit reports.

  • Manage P&L statements and track cash flow for each brand.

  • Provide cash flow forecasting, integrating operational insights for accurate financial planning.

  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and collections.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.

  • Proven expertise in managing P&L, cash flow reporting, and AP/AR functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
