Fixed Income Controller - Analyst

Fortune 100 financial institution specializing in hedging futures and commodity contracts is looking for an analyst to maintain financial information by working closely with Trading, Operations and Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Daily task involves preparing and reconciling back-office records, encompassing BNY Mellon (BNYM), DTC, and Euroclear, among others.

• Possess in-depth understanding of mortgage-backed securities, covering the complete MBS P&I paydown cycle for both counterparty and firm inventory.

• Engage daily with trading and financing desks to address any trade-related issues.

• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure adherence to financial reporting requirements and regulatory demands.

• Provide support during the month-end Accounting close process.
