Loan Operations Associate

Seeking a skilled professional to join the Middle Office Loan Operations team. This role is crucial for collaborating with the deals team as loans prepare to close, ensuring a seamless transition from deal setup to post-closing processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the deals team during the loan closing process.

  • Input and manage all closing documents, assisting with financing and cash flow.

  • Review and oversee all aspects of deal closure.

  • Manage the full loan lifecycle until complete repayment.

  • Monitor monthly payments, including the allocation of cash towards principal, interest, management fees, and service fees.

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in a Big 4 firm or consulting, with a strong understanding of loan operations.

  • Proven ability to drive change and improve operational workflows.

  • Comfort in challenging existing processes and implementing innovative solutions.

  • Proficiency with technology and a willingness to navigate discomfort in a dynamic environment.

  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.

  • Familiarity with SQL and Alteryx is a plus, but not required.
