Senior Account Executive
Fintech startup based in Tel Aviv and New York. Our mission is to empower finance teams to efficiently and easily manage cash and liquidity. We are building a cash flow management platform that enhances the ability to manage cash and liquidity effectively.
We are hiring a Senior AE to bring product to market. As the first member of the sales team, reporting directly to the CBO, you will own deals from start to finish, while helping to develop our sales strategy and playbook. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to own a broad book of business and play a critical role in our commercial success. In this role, you will:
Own the full sales cycle, from qualification, through product demonstration, business evaluation, negotiation, deal execution, and upsells/cross-sells.
Expand customer base and develop long-term strategic relationships, and drive business results with CFOs and Finance Leaders at mid-sized and large companies.
Work cross-functionally with Product and R&D teams to qualify prospects, and understand customer needs and provide insights that will guide our product development.
Work with Marketing to refine value proposition, target segments, and customer personas.
Drive pipeline generation by attending conferences and industry events, and in any other relevant way, including travel upon need.
For this role, you should have:
4-5 years of a proven track record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement at a B2B SaaS company, experience in fintech or selling to finance leaders – advantage.
Ability to develop playbooks, implement processes, and shape the sales org culture.
Maturity, accountability, and proven ability to develop customer relationships with end users, all the way through C-level.
A persistent, ambitious, positive, and results-focused attitude.
