Senior Compensation Analyst

  • As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, Finance, and HCM teams to drive every aspect of our compensation process and strategy. You will also play a key role in building and managing people analytics reporting, providing valuable insights for the firm.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Execute compensation processes, collaborating closely with business leaders, Finance, and other HCM Operations team members.

    • Spearhead the development and implementation of process and tool enhancements to improve and scale our compensation and analytics capabilities.

    • Partner with our internal Recruiting team to structure competitive pay packages that attract and retain top talent.

    • Generate actionable data reports and insights to support HCM and business leaders in their decision-making.

    • Analyze market data to help the firm make informed and fair compensation decisions.

    • Partner with firm leaders to ensure understanding and effective management of our compensation philosophy among employees and managers.

    • Conduct pay equity reviews to ensure fairness in compensation across all roles and responsibilities.

    • Assess leadership and team requests and provide expert advice and customized data analysis as required.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3+ years’ experience in an HR compensation role.

    • Proven track record in crafting and refining compensation processes, using internal and external tools.

    • Proficiency in advanced Excel, with the ability to develop insightful people data analytics dashboards and reports.

    • Experience using benchmarking data to ensure compensation aligns with external standards.

    • Demonstrated capability to conceptualize and complete tasks and deliverables in an agile and hands-on culture.

    • Experience working with recruiting teams to structure competitive pay packages, including experience with buyouts (preferred, not required).

    • Experience conducting thorough pay equity analyses (preferred, not required).

    • International compensation experience (preferred, not required).
